Restaurant is on the water at the Grand Floridian Resort. Most people were dressed neatly, but there were a few in park attire. The staff is friendly and our server was attentive. I orfered the lobster bisque for my appetizer. It was full of lobster but it could have been hotter. I had the blackened Redfish for my entree. It was light and cooked perfectly, but I think it could have been a little more flavorful since it was blackened. My wife has Celiac and most of their menu is gluten free or can be made gluten free. She was able to sample both my app and entree. She had the gluten free calamari, which was delicious. Very light and not rubbery at all. She also had the Prime NY Strip. It was cooked to perfection, although she found it to be fatty. We decided that it may have just been a bad piece of steak and will try this place again in the future.
