We just had the best experience in the Santa Chalet! With a family of 5 kids it is always hard to get a good picture with Santa and their environment was so welcoming and Santa was amazing with the kids! Staff was amazing and so attentive. Food was great with gluten free options and pretzels for the kids were perfect! Highly recommend!

They got the order wrong. It wouldn't have been a big deal, except my Mom needs gluten free. I ordered baked cod and we got fried cod. They were wonderful in exchanging it and making what we needed. But, everything else we ordered was cold. So disappointing. I couldn't even eat my dinner. It was a chicken taco salad. It was so cold. And I couldn't heat it up. It's a salad. Such a bummer.
