Gluten free and Celiac Safe options! The owner is mindful of food allergies and offers gluten free options (Muffins stored on the top shelf to prevent cross contamination) and delicious drink options. They are going to be expanding their Gluten Free options this summer and as a Celiac, I'm looking forward to Natural Grind being one of my favorite stops! My favorite is the Matcha Tea Latte with Coconut milk and sugar free vanilla. The coffee shop also has wonderful teas, cute bags and other gifts for you or your home. Such a great place for Grundy Center!
