Good store for quality fresh produce and ethically raised meats (at very reasonable prices) as well as a much larger range if gluten/lactose free, vegetarian/vegan food, paleo. Great range of speciality flours for baking special diets above, and treats too. The do sometimes run out of some items and some basic things are more expensive, e.g. milk, but overall good range of speciality foods and soaps/toiletries as well as vast vitamin/nutritional supplements if that is what you are looking for!
