I went to this restaurant to try their gluten-free pizza and I must say that it is really excellent: light dough, well leavened and with a flavor very similar to that of traditional pizza. The choice of ingredients is also of high quality and the menu offers several interesting options.
The only negative aspect was the service, quite slow. We had to wait a long time to both order and receive the pizzas. If they could improve the speed of service, it would be perfect.
Overall, an excellent choice for those looking for a good gluten-free pizza, but arm yourself with a little patience!
