However, I had an issue with one of the items I purchased, a peanut butter sandwich cookie, which tasted rancid when I bit into it. I immediately called the bakery to inform you about the issue, suggesting you check the ingredients or stock to prevent any other customers from having a similar experience.
Despite my efforts to communicate this concern, I did not receive any follow-up communication. While I appreciated the quality of the other treats, the lack of response to this issue was disappointing.
