Extremely robust options for people with all kinds of food allergies and dietary restrictions. Not only is it easy to make ingredient substitutions, but they have dedicated allergen-friendly equipment and of course the food is delicious as well.
I had the Hoagie and Wife had the Philly Cheesesteak and both were absolutely delicious. The gluten-free bread doesn't hold up very well to being hot-pressed, so both sandwiches were falling apart a little, but the taste made up for it.
Small negatives to note:
I ordered a hot café latte and neither my wife nor I could taste any espresso whatsoever. Just bland hot milk.
Also, it was very cold inside so come prepared if you're sensitive to cold.
