Nature's Kitchen

I recently had to stop eating gluten. Finding decent gluten free bread in my small town is near impossible. I called Nature's Kitchen hoping they could help! They did! They get certified gluten free bread from a bakery in Oregon, keep it frozen until needed. Is it spendy? Sort of but compared to the sad excuses I was getting at the regular store? Worth it. I got 2 loaves organic whole wheat and 1 loaf cinnamon raisin. Cost $36. Worth it? Oh yes! I cannot wait to have a decent sandwich or a real piece of toast. Gluten free people will understand. They also have gluten free treats, i.e. scones, bars. I skipped those today. Everyone was so friendly. I still miss the soup and salads but life goes on. They can also order gluten free pizza crust! So if you are gluten free give them a call.

I love, love, love this place. We were in town for business, and this place was highly recommended. They no longer serve food anymore but offer plenty of great treats. They had scones, cookies, and gluten-free baked options. We were pleasantly surprised with all they had to offer besides food and coffee. They have vitamins and supplements, skin care options, cards, candles, crystals, and so much more. They have organic coffee, which was delicious. Three of us gave it a thumbs up. We mainly spoke with Flannery, but everyone was great there. It has a quaint little seating area that you can dine off their coffee and baked goods. It also usually has live music. If I ever make it back to Yreka, I will be sure to visit.
