Near the Colosseum you will find Ristorante Nuamachia. The restaurant is characterized by its very extensive wine list and wide choice of different Italian dishes, such as pasta, pizza and antipasti. We ordered a pizza and a gluten-free pasta carbonara. Both dishes were delicious, but the pasta was cooked just a little too short. The restaurant employees were attentive and provided smooth service.
