The Paddle Bowl I got at the Minnesota State Fair this weekend was one of my favorite things I tried; so, finding out there was a location in Apple Valley made my day! The bowls are all gluten free, which is great for me, someone who is gluten intolerant. Both bowls I had this weekend were lick-the-bowl delicious. They were full to the brim, the perfect balance of textures, and incredibly flavorful. I got the smallest size, both times; as a treat to share, it was very filling. As a solo venture, it was more than enough to keep me full and satisfied until my next meal. I'll be looking forward to the next time I'm near a location to enjoy another!

Super foods,Plant based,organic, gluten free,dairy free,no refined sugars.I had a small bowl of Chia pudding with spirulina and blueberries on top. Was good. $7.50. Clean ample parking the tables look like Wooden surfboards.
