Theses bowls are a healthy little energy boost to get you through the day. The bowls come with toppings and are very delicious. They are gluten and dairy free. I got the sunrise bowl and was not disappointed! I recommend coming here!

Lots of great options for a healthy meal! Everything is gluten free, dairy free, no refined sugars. So sweet and yummy makes it seem like you’re getting a treat when it’s really packed with many vitamins, antioxidants, and health benefits. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Cant go wrong with any of the bowls…. but blue bay and surf bowls are definitely my favorite!! Definitely need to check it out if you haven’t!
