First time at Nautical Bowls. Service with patience and a warm smile. Fresh and filling natural food without the stuffed heavy feeling of a heavy meal. Don't remember the flavor i had but it was delicously yummy, and will definitely return to try each flavor in time...best gluten-free, dairy-free, plant-based, soy-free, zero refined sugars, all organic, all-natural ingredients healthy treat around.
