We are huge Bludorn fans and were looking forward to celebrating my birthday here. I have to say that the service was amazing. The staff that attended to our table were very attentive and always there to assist us. Even brought me gluten free bread. We were so disappointed with our entrees. The salmon was rare on the inside even though we had asked for medium. The ají amarillo sauce on one of the fish entrees was tasteless. The crab cake was amazing. The carrot cake was not. A huge let down. Maybe our expectations were so high as we love Bludorn.

Amazing experience. All seafood were super fresh and simple in full harmony of flavours. I’m gluten and dairy free. They accommodated very well. Service 10/10. Raül and Toran were great. We will definitely come back.
