Neem Indian Cuisine

I don't ordinarily post restaurant reviews on Facebook, but the OAO and I had a delicious meal at Neem Indian Cuisine (3549 Johnson Avenue, Riverdale, New York): full of color, flavor, and texture, and with the nicest most solicitous service imaginable. My wife is a gluten-sensitive vegetarian and I am a carnivore and we both concluded the meal with happy satiaed facial expressions. What could be better? I'll tell you: live Thursday night jazz from guitarist Joe Wittman and bassist Alex Claffy. All our senses were stimulated and gratified.

I ate there few times and the food was really good. Yesterday we ordered delivery and my fiance mentioned few times she has gluten allergy and can't have any cross contamination. They assured us it is ok and she is safe to eat. 2 hours after we ate the food I had to take her to the hospital because of gluten reaction from the food. If someone at the back cooking and doesn't pay attention to allergies just say ahead of time that it's not safe for gluten sensitivity but only as food preference. Some people don't eat gluten out of choice, my fiance can't eat gluten because she is allergic and there is a big difference. I am very disappointed and had to spend all night yesterday at the hospital.
