I love that Negranti uses sheep's milk for their ice cream and that it was light (not too heavy nor too sweet), but it was a little more icy than I prefer and the flavors coukd be stronger. Still, I would come back since it tasted good, seemed be lower in sugar, and is more easily digested if you are lactose intollerant. A couple minor tweaks and they could probably become a statewide or even national, well loved brand.
Please add gluten free cookies and brownies; make the ice cream a little creamier if possible; and add more peanut butter, strawberries, mint, etc ingredients to your flavored ice creams.
