I'm not sure what's much better than a really good sammy from a local small business that shares a building with an amazing used book store. 🙌 I was so happy to find out they offer gluten-free bread (two options, actually! yahoo!) The bread held up perfectly with all of the delicious meat stacked up! I got the Irish rd Italian, add pickle, and I'll probably be craving it for the next few weeks. Thanks for giving us gluten-free folks an option! ☺️
