I'm Coeliac so I let the staff know in advance that I couldn't have anything with gluten. They were all very attentive and happy to answer questions. The buffet was clearly labelled with allergens. And to my surprise there was only one item in the buffet I couldn't have and only 1 in the rodizio too.
The meats were top quality and the buffet delicious. Bonus was that they had a Gluten free beer in the menu too. I will definitely be going back. Highly recommended 👌
