If you're not into crowded places then skip this cafe/restaurant. It came with rave reviews but it was lacking in a few ways. First up, we sat down at a table to be told quite curtly that there was a queue at the front door & you wait to be seated. The wait wasn't long in fairness.
It's pricey but has that "THE place to be seen" atmosphere.
We asked for twice for a side salad but instead we received a full salad that, to be honest was nothing more than a bowl of green leaves with three walnuts, a bit of apple & red onion topped with a lot of shaved parmesan & a bitter dressing.
I had roasted turkey cranberry, advocardo & cheese panini. I asked for gluten free bread instead & it was that horrid cheap gluten free bread that falls apart. The whole sandwich, whilst tasting okay ended up very mushy. I know there are better GF bread options on the market.
Wouldn't go back. But I see where some people in New Farm would think it was to their standards & liking.
