OMG!!! I found out I have celiac almost 4 years ago and one of the biggest food sacrifices was Chinese food (which happens to be my favorite). My husband & I were looking for something new and I googled " gf Chinese food near me" and New Hong Kong tipped the list. Knowing many dishes contain gluten, I was skeptical,so I called. The gentleman who answered ( and happens to be the greeter at the door)( and may actually be the owner, i think I heard someone say while we were waiting) was the absolute best! He was so pleasant and eager to help me, explaining the options( the MANY options). We decided to check them out. They do not offer dine in, but when we go there, the man helped us and pointed out everything I could eat... SO MANY OPTIONS!!!! The "breading" on many dishes is cornstarch which was a pleasant surprise! I got the orange chicken and it did NOT disappoint! My husband got the pineapple beef and loved it.This is the best find for food I've had in awhile! We will be back! I highly recommend this restaurant!!!! Yum!!!!

Gluten and dairy free options. “Breading” on chicken is gluten free. My daughter is NOT celiac, but has a wheat allergy so she avoids gluten. When I called to investigate whether my daughter could eat their chicken, the owner got on the phone with me and was very informed. He said they use cornstarch only for the coating on their “breaded” chicken. Their sauces and gravy’s are also made with corn starch and no flour. He also said that there is no milk or cream in any of the dishes, which completely takes care of my gluten and Dairy free kid.
