This is one of our favorite places to eat, as we can all eat here. Gluten free, vegan, spicy or mild - there is something for everyone. The staff and owner are lovely and kind. The food is delicious and I’ve never had a disappointing meal.

We got catering from NMTC for our wedding. Not only were they extremely flexible with our needs they took special attention to make sure everything was perfect. We love that they were able to meet our list of dietary restrictions including vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, and grain free! All while meeting our budget needs. Everything tasted amazing! They continue to be one of our favorite restaurants in Bellingham!
