New Ulm Turner Hall

Very unique environment, improved by the great food and kind service. Loved the Turner's Cobb salad and the Pork Rib Sandwich especially, both of which I had served as gluten free, and would highly recommend if you have celiac, although I didn't find out that the fries were not gluten free until they came out... the few I had sat okay for me, personally, but I would advise against it. Look forward to returning. Update: returned, couldn't help but get the same thing and it was just as good, if not better!

Amazing place with a unique environment, as well as providing a good menu in a historical place. The German aesthetics of the restaurant are within the New Ulm ethos, and this place is a must for anyone in the area. The menu has a good selection and has celiac friendly items; the prices of all items are adequate for a restaurant of this calibre. Went here with my partner in the early afternoon, we were some of the only people there; yet the food was great, and the service even more so. Our hostess was very kind and talkative, and the restaurant seemed incredibly welcoming. Would definitely come again.
