Great fluten-free cauliflower crust pizza! We always order pizza on cauliflower crust due to gluten allergies/celiac. The cauliflower crust is delicious, but expensive. I have celiac and a contact allergy and eat pizza here without a problem, thankfully. 7 out of our 8 last orders were missing the basil on the pepperoni pizza. I think the basil is the best part so it’s always disappointing. I previously let the Store know after we picked up our order and they simply said, “Okay, we’ll do better next time.” But they never remember to add it. About half the time the crust is overcooked. (See attached photo from today’s pizza for what to expect.) Once it was completely burned. Our pizzas were not replaced. They simply said we’ll do better next time. So if something isn’t correct, don’t expect it to be fixed. It would be nice if the meal deals or the coupons included gluten-free instead of just regular options. Overall, the pizza is delicious and we always bring Newk’s for play dates and parties.
