Newks is a big “go-to” for me, being gluten and dairy free (I know… insert eye roll 🙄 but it’s real). So, I go to a lot of Newks all over the south. I will say I am a little biased to this one. Mainly because I have seen the owner/managers get in there and do every job from trash, bussing tables, delivering food to working the register. Always nice. Always clean. Consistently fresh.

If you want a quick and nutritious meal, Newks is a good pick. Due to my gluten issue I have up stick with salads but they have a good variety of filling choices. Catering is excellent!
