Nguyen's Kitchen is a great family-owned gem. Their food is fresh, their staff is friendly, and their menu has something for everyone - including vegetarian and gluten-free options. Their traditional pho is a must-try - the broth is clear and full of flavors from a long slow cook. Their bahn xeo is the best around! - it is perfectly crisp, but not overcooked. Make sure you try it with lots of greens and some house-made nuoc cham dipping sauce. Vietnamese cuisine is one of my favorites, and Nguyen's has nailed everything on the menu I have tried.
