This was our second visit. And, I will definitely say it’s one of the best pizza experiences In Wilmington in terms of food quality. It may be the best pizza in Wilmington. We had a white pizza and a gluten free pizza, and everyone was happy. Antipasto salad was excellent. They wouldn’t chop it. Don’t totally understand the reasons for that that, but nonetheless it was excellent. Our server was awesome. But, there are some service issues. We ordered a $100 bottle of wine that they brought out with the cork already removed. We saw them delivering other bottles that way. They also didn’t let us taste the wine first. They just don’t appear to have any type of wine training. Their wine list is amazing, but you shouldn’t serve wine that way. Also, our pizzas arrived 10-15 minutes apart. Pizzas take less than 10 minutes to cook. So, there is a process or management issue. The inconsistencies were similar to our last visit. We loved the food and loved our server, but they still struggle with certain aspects that should be easy enough to correct. For context, we arrived at 4:40 PM and the restaurant wasn’t busy yet, so it wasn’t a matter of kitchen or staff being overwhelmed. Overall, we highly recommend.

Delicious pizza and snacks. The only two things that are rough is that it’s hard to order take out/the wait can be long. The other this is that while the normal pizzas are great, the gluten free one is pretty bad. The crust is limp and the toppings don’t stick well. It seems like seasons is the only place around that does a good gluten free which is sad when I want Nick’s but my GF sister doesn’t!

If you’re gluten free, you’re in luck!!! Wow. An amazing experience at Nicks tonight. Gluten free pizza is 10/10 but heads up got celiac people, they cannot guarantee cross contamination.
