Visited tonight to celebrate a friend’s birthday. I’m gluten free and it can be hard to find a really good gluten free bread— their bread basket was amazing! I also got to try two different pasta dishes, the classic Tagliatelle alla Bolognese and the Carrot Infused Pappardelle with Tuscan Rabbit Ragout (the actual pasta for gluten free was exchanged for a penne). They were such different dishes, and both were very well done, with great textures and flavors— the rabbit ragout may have been my favorite of the two. Also had a great drink- the Negroni Conte— the Earl Grey infused Campari was really lovely and complimentary. Would definitely recommend!

Dealing with Celiac as an Italian has been a very difficult life change. Not only is Nicola's very Italian, they also offer gluten free options! It's been so long since being able to enjoy bread before a meal but Nicola's will make you a GF basket upon request. They made a customized menu for a birthday we were celebrating including "Happy Birthday" at the top! The service was great and the food even better. Everything we tried seemed to have more flavor per bite. Thank you for being so celiac friendly and so savory!
