A good bakery. I was just hoping for a bigger selection of fresh gluten-free bread and cakes. But it might come sometime.

Now it's like I have celiac disease - gluten intolerance - and a wheat allergy and sweet friends who always check to see if there's anything I can tolerate. When they then ask if the things are now also gluten-free, all that is missing is the small addition that they must be aware that there is gluten/wheat present around the products. A little more info: even a celiac who can eat a little gluten without getting symptoms will have an affected intestine, and thus risk of complications in the long run. Even more info: approx. 20% of celiacs cannot tolerate as much as a crumb without getting symptoms! I am one of them! Unfortunately. So information is everyone's business. Correct information is the difference between a happy evening and a trip to the emergency room because I thought I had appendicitis!
