Nicoletta | Italian restaurant in Cancun

Just a fabulous restaurant! Service was friendly, and absolutely top-shelf. For instance, my napkin fell to the floor, and before I had a chance to reach down and grab it, a server had already placed a fresh napkin on the table! The menu had something for even the most discriminating of tastes. Vegan, gluten-free, they covered all the bases. The food was top-notch, and the atmosphere, decor, and view of the setting sun over the lagoon was mesmerizing. A must if you're in the mood for an Italian eatery.

Loved the vibe of the place. It is too bad the servers and management were some of the most judgy people I’ve never encountered. They were actively pointing and staring at us the entire time we were eating. We were watched the entire time. They were l incredibly rude as we were trying to order. I am gluten free and we were told multiple times items were safe that weren’t. A little frustrating but it’s ok. Our server was Mario. Food was ok not great.
