Amazing little gem!!!..I waited 2 months to write this review. After trying a variety of items from appetizers to wings, Nico's is a fantastic pizzeria by Timberwood Park. Our holy grails are the wings and cauliflower crust pizza. The wings are huge, moist and perfectly seasoned every.single.time. We order them almost weekly and never experienced bad batch. My husband and daughter who are wing snobs and have traveled all over San Antonio and Austin just for wings have ended their search for awesome wings. Now the other recent favorite, the cauliflower crusted pizza was suggested by Aleena, the owner with the promise I would love it and she wasn't wrong. We love the cauliflower crust better than the regular and thin crust!!!!! It is nothing we imagined. If it was given to me as a blind taste test I would not in million years guessed it was cauliflower. All of the ingredients are fresh and made to order. Half of my family are lactose or gluten sensitive so if that is a concern Nico's is your place.
