I am a bread lover, especially sourdough.. 13 years ago I realized I had sensitivity to gluten. That was the last time and a slice of really good bread. We bought a loaf of sourdough here, a cinnamon bun and cookie. They were all so good that I've binged that day and just waited for my belly to react. Funny thing, the next day I was still waiting for a reaction and none appeared. Don't take my word that this will work for you but it works very well for me and the sourdough bread is phenomenal.
