We went there for the gluten-free options. Being intolerant, I was happy to be able to eat freely without fear. Unfortunately, safety is not guaranteed, despite my gluten-free selections a mistake occurred. This oversight has consequences... in terms of staff attention and operation related to food allergies, the method remains to be refined. I am bitterly disappointed and sick.

The sushi was magnificent, extremely fresh. The service started off slow, but then our waiter exceeded our expectations. We had someone with a severe gluten intolerance in our group, and the waiter really cared to their needs. Job well done.

Niji Sushi Bar is one of my favorite restaurants! They have lots of gluten free options including a tamari sauce to replace soy sauce so it's safe for people who are celiac. The sushi is always delicious, the fish is fresh and the service is excellent!
