I’m a sensitive coeliac - went to Niko and they were super helpful - you cook your own raw food on a grill in front of you so the cross contamination is minimal - the options are protein in garlic butter and then dipped in spice (which is GF) - we then had it with rice wrapped in a lettuce leaf. It was delicious. I believe they should get some GF spy sauce in. The servers were over the top helpful. I would go back!
