The best restaurant I've ever eaten in Sicily. Superlative parmigiana, everything really tasty and with attention to detail. Excellent service! The staff is fast, professional and kind. The owner fulfilled my every wish and request by being on standby modifying each dish and even making it especially for me. Lactose-free and gluten-free desserts available. The place is suggestive with internal rooms but also with a beautiful outdoor space. Very nice ceramic tables and glasses.

A five-star dining experience in Caltagirone 😍 This restaurant combines friendly, welcoming, attentive staff with good humour. We ordered octopus and salad with olives to start with. Both were so fresh and tasty. I am gluten-free and pregnant. They provided me with options and really good gluten-free bread. My partner had swordfish, tomatoe, and aubergine pasta (handmade), and I had gluten-free spagetti with squid and ink. On the side, they bring this tasty salty ricotta cheese. My partner had great local wine and beers. And for desert, we had homemade vegan amond gelato. Service was fast, staff were always smiling, the chef visited every table and also made us laugh a lot, very friendly and super stylish atmosphere. The plates are ceramic local from Caltagirone, and the interior is really tastefully designed. We very, very happy 😍
