I recently dined at this restaurant and had a disappointing experience. To start, I ordered a club soda with vodka but was given a cup of Coke instead. When I informed the waiter about my milk allergy, she seemed confused and asked if I needed gluten-free options instead. After clarifying, I opted for the fajitas, verifying that the meat was cooked with oil, not butter. Unfortunately, the meal arrived with sour cream despite my allergy, though I managed to avoid it since it was on the side. However, the meat tasted like butter. When I requested a manager, they confirmed that the meat did indeed contain butter. While the manager was apologetic and eventually brought me a new, safe plate, the lack of attention to my allergy was concerning. The restaurant needs to improve its staff training on handling food allergies to avoid such issues in the future.
