We went to get takeaway chips from here over the busiest part of the Easter break so expected to wait. About 15 minutes in the queue and five minutes to wait for our food - not bad! The chips were fantastic and I noticed they fry the chips separately from other things, so you should be okay if you are on a gluten-free diet as I am (I suffered no ill consequences from eating the chips even without telling them I'm GF). Condiments are ordered and supplied separately, so don't worry about them splashing salt and vinegar everywhere too - you need to do that yourself :)
