Really great airport lounge, staff and service were very efficient and friendly! They also brought gluten free bread too.

The facilities at Gatwick are inadequate and can’t cope with the amount of travellers tried to book but couldn’t so turned up and told 40 minute wait after an hour still refused entry
Staff very nice but avoid Gatwick facilities at Bristol and Birmingham so much better
Finally got in we have 20minutes to to gate but my wife ask for coeliac gluten free food so much food for one
Thanks to the staff but they need more space and facilities
