Good gluten-free experience, delicious food and they control cross contamination, they take care of celiacs, to repeat!!!!

Ate at this place twice and as someone with a major gluten and dairy sensitivity they're best in class. Not only do they have a clear menu, but they also have more dessert options than just Sorbet. For those with sensitivities, you'll know how rare that is. The food, specifically the burger was excellent as was the dessert. My friend with no intolerances said their normal menu and food was fantastic too. You'd be hard pressed to find anything better for the price. The only negative is since it's so good, it's popular. I wish they'd hire at least one more person to help relieve their hard working folks. To get food fast, just order it at the bar. Edit: Restaurant responded and I believe misinterpreted. The service staff will tell you to order at the bar for quicker service because they often don't have enough folks to service tables. If you wait for your table to be serviced instead of ordering at the bar as recommended by the service staff, you'll spend a lot more time waiting for food. Once your food is ordered, it comes out quickly. It's just getting it ordered that takes long if you don't know to order at the bar as recommended by all of the staff we interacted with during both of our visits.
