It was a place I went to when it first opened, I loved their pizzas, and I recommend it to my friends as a celiac patient and mention its name frequently. I had previously ordered profiteroles to take when I was visiting. But I guess it's not the same anymore. Again, I ordered 1.5 kilos of profiteroles 1 day in advance. We agreed that I would pick it up at 13:00 the next day. I called before going to confirm, only to be told that there was a slight delay. When I arrived around 13:20, the profiteroles were just being filled. I waited for a while, but the product seemed small to me. Then, ma'am, our pataşus are big, etc. he said. “It seems small to me, will it be 1.5 kilos?” I said. “Actually, I made the dough for you yesterday, but my sister used it for another order, so I made half a batch again for you in the morning. "It weighs 1.5 kilos with the sauce," he said. That's okay too. When the box full of potatoes was put on the scale, it weighed 570 grams. When the sauce was added to it, it could only weigh 1 kilo, 200 grams. In addition, the profiterole, which I had previously bought in a cardboard box suitable for the product, the style used in patisseries, was this time put in a plastic box. “It wasn't 1.5 kilos,” I said. “How many of you were there, the balls are big. "As I said, my sister used what I did to you." It doesn't matter how many people there are, I ordered 1.5 kilos of product and this was said many times until I said, "I'm sorry, you don't even say it." Of course, there may be problems with the order, this is the human condition. However, if there is a problem, the customer should be called, informed and the business should take responsibility. Maybe I would cancel the order and buy the product elsewhere. Now, I will go to a place where I go as a guest with a profiterole in a plastic container, the amount of which I don't know if it will be enough or not. Moreover, the packaging is not suitable for the products. The product is not suitable for carrying when placed sideways in a paper bag. Businesses that produce gluten-free products are valuable for people with celiac disease, but unfortunately the standards in the sector are very low. In a business that requires so much cost and effort, I wish we would be more careful and shop with peace of mind and with our eyes closed. I was thinking of ordering a cake from the business for special occasions, I even bought a big one when I went there, but I don't think I will do that anymore. I hope we will reach sustainable standards soon and shop with peace of mind again.
