Last night was the Chinese Lunar New Year, and we visited Noah's Kitchen at its busiest hour. The owner should feel honored to have Rachel as the current manager—she demonstrated exceptional professionalism and composure, ensuring a flawless dining experience from start to finish.
From the moment we stepped in, everything was thoughtfully presented, from the elegant tableware to the impeccable service. The $15 grilled wheat gluten appetizer came with a generous six skewers, each bursting with a fragrant, spicy kick—a true display of the restaurant’s sincerity. The clam and chicken dish was incredibly tender, while the "Qiaotou Three Delicacies" not only lacked any fishy taste but also carried a delightful balance of tanginess and spice from pickled peppers.
Noah's Kitchen has struck the perfect balance between authentic Sichuan spice and flavors that cater to the American palate, all while preserving the essence of classic Chinese cuisine. I can confidently say that their food has surpassed both Jiang Nan and Mountain House.
