I am lactose intolerant, with a gluten and oat sensitivity. I go here at least twice a week. Their syrups are gluten free but I don’t believe their caramel is (it definitely has milk in it) so I would check that if you have a gluten allergy. We did realize they use a “dairy free” spoon that I was getting cross contamination with the oat milk. But once we figured that out, I have been good to go. I’m very clear when I go in to let them know of each of my allergies and ask them to use a fresh spoon. They are super nice, accommodating and don’t make me feel like a burden or that they are inconvenienced. Their baked goods are not gluten or dairy free but they are a nice treat for my kids who can have those things!
