I waited tables at all levels for 7 years through my entire education. This was stripped down customer service. The pizza is brought to your table by a server. Otherwise, everything else has become DIY. The gluten-free pizza and salad bar were very good. I'm just not used to being at a restaurant where you are expected to tip wait staff for doing not much more than walking out the pizza. Honestly I personally like and tip well for snappy service.

Love the gluten-free, non-dairy options...a little skimpy on the onions, though...lol
