Noble is one of my favorite spots, especially for its commitment to healthy, thoughtful ingredients. I really appreciate that even their ketchup is made without corn syrup—it’s the little details that make a big difference! They also offer a great variety of gluten-free options, which is a huge plus. I tried the cinnamon honey cappuccino and it was absolutely delicious—perfectly balanced and comforting.
