First of all, the restaurant is gorgeous! Shana was our bartender and her knowledge of the menu was spectacular, as I have a gluten allergy so my options are usually limited. She suggested the wings and told me they were her favorite thing on the menu. She was not wrong one bit, they were delicious! I highly recommend checking out Noble Tavern and having Shana as your bartender as she has a great attitude and deep knowledge of spirits.
