Noble Twist Taphouse

Really enjoyed sitting on the patio (FYI order at the bar) with a gluten free/vegan cheese Bruzzi pizza and a Pesto Pie. Beer/cider are very affordable and 2 pizzas & a kale salad fed 4 adults with leftovers. Great addition to downtown Saugatuck!

I’ve stopped by Noble Twist twice now, and I’m excited to see how they develop going forward. They have their first beer now, and it’s a very nice witbier. Their drink menu still has multiple good options, and I found their cider to be quite good too. I got one of their white clam pizzas to go, and it was quite good while it was fresh. I’m not sure what happened with the leftover pizza, but it didn’t warm up well later on for some reason. I think maybe the gluten content of the pizza is higher than normal and it toughened up significantly after some fridge time. That being said, the pizzas are fairly light and it should be easy for a group to finish one off while it’s fresh. I’ll definitely be back again.
