Dining and traveling as a family with two members who have celiac is always a challenge, but Nobu always is a highlight. Between their knowledgeable staff, good food, and ability to edit dishes, it's always an easy experience to eat here. They have gluten free soy sauce!! Crispy rice was really the only thing they can't do gluten free (although I am not celiac and it's so delicious!!). Some highlights were butter lettuce cod, spicy cream snow crab, and the sushi "cups." Highly recommend for everyone, no matter if you have dietary restrictions or not! First time Nobu experience and the staff and food was amazing! Drinks also very good. Nothing to complain about. Atmosphere very elevated. Great options for gluten and dairy free!
