Nobu 57 hit it out of the park with delicious, high quality ingredients and respect for my request for gluten free. I ordered takeout and left notes on each item specifying gluten free. My order arrived with each item (a salad, sushi rolls) clearly labeled "gluten free." They also sent packets of gluten-free tamari sauce in the sleek black takeout bag. It is very comforting to see the care they took with my order, and the food was amazing. I'll be back!
