Very flavourful food, one of the best I have had in Winnipeg, quick service, not that expensive. Lot of dietary options for people with dairy/gluten sensitivity. was a bit congested in the dining area. Otherwise 5 stars !!!

CELIAC SAFE/ Gluten free - Had an amazing and SAFE meal! We booked the Chef Table accidentally but were pleasantly surprised at how seeing the way they handled the food and called out the allergies, calmed my nerves about trying it for the first time! So all Celiac Safe dishes I tried were: 1. Gunpowder Carrots 2. Koerean Fried Chicken (dedicated fryer, yes you read that correctly) 3. Mushroom Risotto 4. Corn + Nori Fritter Can’t wait to go back! Thank you to the wonderful staff & Chef for making us feel welcome and safe!

Creative food with charismatic and sophisticated flavours leaving each tastebud envying the other. Truly one of the best places in Winnipeg and Canada right now. Service was warm, knowledgeable, and timely. The attention to detail was second to none, especially the ability to accommodate plates for a gluten intolerance guest without compromising the fine dining experience. As a lover of all things food but cursed with being GF, it was an exceptional experience that rivals notable favourites in North America. I will be back… again and again.
