It's tough to find gluten free options on this island but Nomad a solid spot for a healthy and delicious meal. Don't let the small beach shack fool you, our meal here was likely the best I had all week, and that includes comparing it to a few fine dining establishments. The wings are grilled, so no worry about fryer cross contamination and the sauce was perfect. They allowed me to sub corn chips for the pita bread on the Mediterranean plate, it came with celery and carrots for dipping as well. The tatziki sauce was some if the best I've had. We did both the tuna and grilled chicken sandwiches as lettuce wraps. The Wasabi tarter with the tuna is to die for. On the beach, local vibe, friendly staff, stiff drinks, reasonably priced. Definitely one of the best bar/restaurants on island.
