Non Solo Crudo

Excellent from all points of view; delightful place in the Monferrato hills, kind and attentive staff but above all excellent Piedmontese cuisine. "Not just raw" was also loved by my son who is vegetarian and his girlfriend who is celiac. Ivano, the owner, came several times to make sure that everything was to our satisfaction and then returned to his kingdom: the kitchen. We all live in Turin but certainly, if you want to spend a pleasant Sunday, eat and drink well, it's worth traveling a little way. What can I say: I highly recommend it

Above all expectations. Highly recommended! Found by chance while looking for a restaurant open after 2pm, we booked at the last moment and it wasn't a problem. The place was very clean, and also very beautiful. Few tables, the waitresses very kind, attentive and helpful. They even had gluten-free breadsticks, which by the way were delicious. The fabulous dishes: just the right amount of salt, tasty, from the appetizer to the dessert all perfect, with generous portions. The Chef also stopped by in person to take an interest, which was very welcome. We will definitely be back. Prices slightly above average, but absolutely deserved.
