After following Nonla on social media, I got the chance to go when I finally made it to Grand Rapids and it didn’t disappoint! We were in town for 3 days and ate there twice - and would have gone three times but it’s closed on Mondays. In the two visits we got the Nonla Double (one with gluten free bun), Nonla style fries, regular fries, chicken sandwich, brussel sprouts, homemade pickles, Banh Mi sandwich (the special of the day), a taco and a chocolate shake. Everything was a amazing! The special sauce on the burger and the Nonla style fries has a delicious kick to it. We will be looking for Banh Mi sandwiches back home because that was a first for us and we’re hooked. And we agree with the judges that their taco is incredible (they recently won Best Taco of Grand Rapids!). So so good! Even their sauces are top notch - all made in house. I will definitely be going here again if I’m anywhere close to Grand Rapids or Kalamazoo!
